The Agent Handoff Checklist is a one-time $1 digital download. There is no subscription, shipping, or recurring charge.

If the download fails

Reply to the payment receipt and the checklist will be resent or refunded.

Reply to the payment receipt within 14 days and ask for a refund. No long explanation is needed.

If you accidentally buy twice, reply to either receipt and the duplicate charge will be refunded.
