File work is easy to fake by saying "the file was created." The useful proof is whether the right file opens, contains the expected content, and can be found or downloaded by the person who needs it.

Stronger handoff.

Goal:
Create a downloadable [file type] named [file name] that contains [required sections or fields].

Do not touch:
Unrelated folders, private documents, customer files, old exports, or live data unless explicitly included.

Done means:
The file opens from [exact page or folder], has the expected title and sections, and the download/open path works for a normal user.

Proof required:
Show the file path or download URL, the first visible heading inside the file, the file size or modified time, and the exact place a user clicks to get it.

Proof to ask for.

• The exact file name and where it lives.
• The first heading or top row visible inside the file.
• The button, link, or folder path used to open it.
• A check that the file is not empty and not the wrong old version.
• Anything that still depends on manual upload, permissions, or email delivery.
