A good Claude Code prompt names the real-world result, the files or systems that are off-limits, and the exact proof required before the assistant claims done.

Acceptance check:

Show the exact command, page, URL, screenshot, file, or dashboard evidence that proves the acceptance check.

Final answer:
Keep it short. Say what changed, what was verified, and what is still unproven.

Use proof instead of trust.

The goal is not to make Claude Code sound confident. The goal is to make the finished work easy for a nontechnical operator to inspect.
